In accordance with recent Government announcement, our salons have all reopened.

We care about your well-being and safety as much as we do about your image, and we have implemented additional salon safety measures to make sure your every visit is relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish

INCREASED SOCIAL DISTANCING
Social distancing measures are in place throughout the salon to reduce the number of people you would be in contact with at any given time. We have extended salons opening hours, staggered appointment times and allowed space between each working station and backwashes. Where possible, you will be looked after by one person throughout your visit.

GOLD STANDARD HYGIENE CODE
Our team follows a strict code of hygiene inside and out of the salon. Our rigorous cleaning schedule includes disinfecting the entire salon regularly throughout the day, sanitising chairs, backwashes, hairdressing tools and electronic devices in between every client.

PROTECTION FOR OUR TEAMS
The safety of our teams and those around us is our top priority. All our teams wear a protective visor or goggles, a face mask and a single use apron as well as washing their hands when they enter the salon and in between every client appointment. If a member of our team is not wearing a face mask it will be due to health reasons.

PROTECTION FOR OUR CLIENTS
Virtual Consultations are available to help us tailor your salon appointment to your exact needs. Once in the salon, we will provide you with a Personal Protection Pack which includes your own disposable towels, gown and mask. In accordance to Government guidelines, it is now mandatory that you wear your face mask whilst in salon. Please inform our booking team if you have an exclusion.

FIND YOUR SALON

If you or anyone you have been in contact with has cold or flu symptoms, or has travelled overseas in the last 14 days prior to your appointment, please stay at home and kindly contact us to reschedule your visit.

If you are in a higher risk group, please speak to our team who will recommend quieter times for your visit.

We operate a cashless system and prefer contactless payments wherever possible.
